No. Booking an appointment can ensure that someone is available to assist you at your dedicated appointment time and also gives us more information on what you'd like to discuss so we can make the most of your time, however booking is not essential.

Yes, through our booking system you can either choose to visit the showroom in-person or if you live too far away you can choose a virtual online appointment instead.
No we don't have every product but we have a curated selection of products from across our brands. If the model you're looking for isn't available in the showroom we will likely have something similar for you to be able to understand the style and quality of your chosen brand as well as swatches to see wood, fabric and leather options.
This really depends on what you're looking for. Normally appointments are about 45 minutes to 1 hour however if you're looking for quite a few pieces then we may need more time to look through all the options and decide on the perfect fit.
Of course. We welcome this as we're able to visualise your space and help guide you on the best styles or colours for your home. Measurements are really important so we can discuss feasibility of certain items in your space.
Yes we have parking available on site. We are located in a residential area so the parking is in front of the showroom on the driveway.
Delivery & Installation
We deliver throughout Switzerland but can also make arrangements to delivery outside of Switzerland. Please contact us so we discuss your requirements.

We are able to deliver internationally in certain cases. Please contact us so we can discuss your requirements.
We have a number of delivery packages which can be tailored to your needs:
- Free - Delivered to the nearest external ground‑floor access point (no steps). Assembly and packaging removal are not included.
- Lite (149CHF) - Delivered into the room of your choice. Assembly is not included.
- Platinum (299 CHF) - Delivered into the room of your choice with full assembly and complete removal of all packaging materials.
For added convenience, packaging removal and disposal can be arranged with Free and Lite delivery options for an additional CHF 45.
This is dependent on the brand and product you choose. Many of our items are made-to-order so have longer delivery times than in-stock pieces. Check the product page of your specific item and it will have a tailored delivery estimate.
Some items are fully assembled, others will require assembly. We do have a Platinum delivery option which means the items is delivered into the room of your choice with full assembly and complete removal of all packaging materials.
If your chosen item is fully assembled on arrival, it's important to check entryways, hallways and doorways so that the piece will fit into your home, up stairs if necessary and into your chosen room.
Yes with our Lite and Platinum delivery options.
Yes with our Platinum delivery option your piece will be assembled and installed in your room of choice.
If you choose Platinum delivery then all packaging will be removed.
For added convenience, packaging removal and disposal can be arranged with Free and Lite delivery options for an additional CHF 45.
We can with our Lite and Platinum delivery options. It's important to measure the stair way or lift to ensure your delivery can fit up the stairs and into your home.
Samples, Swatches & Materials
Absolutely. We have a wide range of fabric, leather and wood samples to choose from that can be ordered online or by contacting us.
You can order your samples through our sample ordering tool online. Here you can order up to 4 free samples of your choice. Or if you need some help choosing the samples you'd like to see, then please contact us and we'd be happy to help you narrow down your choice.
Yes. You can order up to 4 free samples.
You can order up to 4 free samples. However, if you're still unsure about your samples once receiving them we can always arrange for further samples to be sent. Please just contact us to let us know.

Ordering & Customisation
Yes. A majority of our products are made-to-order so the pieces can be customised to your exact requirements before ordering.
Of course! That's the beauty of our made-to-order furniture, it can be tailored to your exact needs. From size, to fabric, to added extras - the customisation options are vast across many of our products.

Absolutely. With a lot of our brands the customisations are quite limitless so you can mix and match different materials to create your perfect piece of furniture.
Yes. We can advise on the best configuration for your space. If we have the floorplan or measurements of your space we can even create 3D visuals so you can see how different configurations will look in your home.
Yes. You have 14 days to make changes to your order once it is placed with us, due to the item being specifically made for you. Unfortunately, we can't accept changes after 14 days of order confirmation as your order will already be in production and manufacturing costs will have been incurred.
Returns, Cancellations & Guarantees
Made to order items can only be changed within 14 days from confirming the order. After this time, production of your piece is underway and manufacturing costs are incurred so we can't accept a cancellation or change after 14 days.
All other items that are not made-to-order can be cancelled and can be returned within 14 days of receiving your piece. You can visit our delivery and returns page for more details.
We hope you will love your order, but if not just notify us within 14 days of receiving your order at help@milola.ch We will confirm the return by email and you will then have another 14 days to return the items at your own cost to our Blonay showroom or Granges-près-Marnand warehouse. We will confirm in the email which is most practical, depending on the product.
Please contact us at info@milola.ch if you would like to know exact return costs before making your purchase or need help with courier services.
The items need to be returned unused in their original packaging so we recommend you keep hold of the packaging until you are sure you will keep your order. We would also suggest you use a trackable service and retain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
On receipt of the goods, in their original condition, we will process the refund within 5 days using the same method you used for the original payment.
For Made to Order items, which are stated clearly in the product description your 14 days to cancel begins when you place the order with us, due to the item being specifically made for you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period has passed as your order will then already be in production and manufacturing costs will have been incurred.
Products in the sale (i.e. discounted from their original price) cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

We do our very best to ensure that your items arrive in good condition, but accidents do sometimes occur.
We ask that you inspect your items on delivery and inform the courier and ourselves should there be any visible damage. If the packaging is clearly damaged please open the goods in front of the courier to check them.
If the goods are damaged please inform the courier and take photos of the damage. Please note on the delivery slip the damage and refuse delivery of the items. Then please contact us immediately on 021 357 2876 or email us at help@milola.ch and we will resolve this for you as a priority.
Please check your goods on arrival as we cannot be held responsible for damage in transit after 3 days of the delivery being made.
Please do not return damaged or faulty items without contacting us first or we will be unable to refund any return costs.

The care depends on the type of material you have bought but will be a combination of keeping it clean, using protective products like oils or sprays and even protective covers for things like outdoor furniture.
