PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PRODUCT COMES FULLY ASSEMBLED. Please check access before ordering.

We offer an option of three delivery services for larger items:

Free - Delivered to the nearest external ground‑floor access point (no steps). Assembly and packaging removal are
not included.
Lite (149CHF) - Delivered into the room of your choice. Assembly is not included.
Platinum (299 CHF) - Delivered into the room of your choice with full assembly and complete removal of all packaging materials.

For added convenience, packaging removal and disposal can be arranged with Free and Lite delivery options for an additional CHF 45.

Returns & Order Changes

All Artisan pieces are made-to-order and therefore non-returnable.

If you change your mind, you may cancel your order within 14 days of placing it by contacting us at help@milola.ch.

After this period, orders are already in production and cannot be cancelled or refunded due to the bespoke nature of the product.

Sale items are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
