Your gift voucher is valid for 18 months from the date of purchase.
Is there a minimum or maximum amount for gift vouchers?
Yes, there is a minimum and maximum amount for our gift voucher denominations. The minimum amount is CHF50 and the maximum amount is CHF1,000.
We have tried to offer a range to suit all price points, but you are also more than welcome to multiple vouchers if there is a specific budget you have for your gift. For example, if your budget was CHF350, you could purchase a CHF100 and CHF250 together.
Can I transfer a gift voucher to someone else?
Yes, once you have paid for your gift voucher you will be sent a digital gift voucher with a code to redeem. This can be shared with someone else, but it is your responsibility to ensure only those for who the gift is intended, receive and redeem the code.

Do I need to enter a code when using a gift voucher?
