What sets them apart is the ingenious extension system. Beneath the tabletop, you’ll find two veneered extension leaves, neatly hidden until needed. Designed with opposite veneer structures to the tabletop, the leaves create a subtle design contrast while maintaining Skovby’s signature elegance.

The Skovby #142 extends from 174 cm to 270 cm, seating 6 to 10 people comfortably. For larger gatherings, the Skovby #143 offers even more space, expanding from 209 cm to 305 cm, making it ideal for hosting big family dinners or entertaining guests.

Materials

• Crafted in a mix of solid and veneered woods, with veneered surfaces helping to prevent warping and ensure long-lasting stability, while the natural oiled oak and white oiled oak versions are made with solid wood tops.

Other Information

• 2 extension leaves are hidden under the tabletop. The direction of the wood grain on the leaves is opposite of the structure of the table.
• #142 table can accommodate 6-10 people and #143 table 8-12 people.
